As best new artist Sam Smith goes through Australia and New Zealand on his 'In the Lonely Hour' tour, celebrating his album which received the best album of 2014 on the iTunes Charts, he reminisces on his past but more specifically, his childhood. While on tour, Sam happened to watch a astounding movie which had him thinking back on his past.

In 2002, Richard Linklater created a story about a six year old boy and his family. Filming them for the next 12 years, Linklater made cinematic history. This great work of art created the magnificent movie Boyhood.

What happens when Sam watches this movie and looks back on his similar past? Will he reminisce on it or go into deep depression in which he may not be able to come back from? What will happen when a certain someone from his past reappears in his life?

On Wilbur's 13th year in the institution, he was sure he would just be stuck in this Limbo, left to wait until he finally died, no one could help him and it seemed that no one wanted to help him. My Confessional
Writing a memoir at only fifteen years old has taught me a lot. Giving me the time to reflect on the lessons I learned the hard way and the mistakes I've made thus far. I learned, if there is at least two sides to every story, there is at least two sides to every person. What could be a smile is a broken heart in a deeper reality. We all live in a society where nothing is as it seems, the people being more complex and astonishing than the countless novels we read. And in a world ruled by tragedies, we are the survivors. Getting through our own history, more important to us then what we read in school. We take our story one page at a time, word by word because in the end, it will all be worth it. I dedicate this memoir to the people who have been with me on my journey of self discovery, even if only in spirit. Mom- Who has made non stop sacrifices to ensure my happiness and well being. Nothing would be possible without you! Grandma- Who has inspired me and made a huge influence to the person I am now and who I'll be in the future. Callie- My own personal slave, illustrator, editor and full time best friend.
