"Stop misgendering, Harper. It's rude." Harper was tasked to deliver her mom's freshly baked apple pie to Jenny, her mom's college roommate, as a thank you gesture for welcoming them on their move to Manhattan. Her mom mentioned about Jenny having a daughter, but Harper was-and surely was-welcomed by a boy. Those words coming from Harper's mom sounded oddly offensive, but Harper never meant any harm. She clearly saw a guy! Perhaps her mom was just wrong about it all along?

When Alex is forced to get a new roommate, he is surprised by his god like complexion. But things turn turn out far differently than he had imagined. I had a lot of fun writing this so hope you enjoy, also it's a bit sad at times so I apologise. : - )
