Being popular has its perks. You're adored. Idolized. Envied. People are willing to bend over backward for you just to have a taste of that privileged lifestyle.
Naruto experiences that every day. He's fortunate to be one of the most popular kids in his high school. He has a large group of friends and an appearance that would make anyone swoon.
There's just one problem. He's not Naruto at school. No. He's Naruko. A girl. Everyone, even his dear friends, refers to him as such. And, truthfully, it pisses Naruto off to the core. He knows he's a boy. He has always been one ever since he was a child.
Nobody listens when he tells them that. They just brand him with that pathetic title: a tomboy.
Though, there is one person that acknowledges who Naruto truly is. Unfortunately for him, it just happened to be the new annoyingly attractive transfer student with a nasty attitude, Sasuke Uchiha.
Out of all the people that could've been accepting, why did it have to be him?

Two breaths mingled together, crowding the room with only us in it.
The boy beside me was fire; the sun embodied. He was always bright, warm.
I was only ever cold.
Everywhere he touched me, heat sprung from tanned skin, transferring to my own paleness.
It was burning.
Naruto was burning, and so was I.

Next thing Naruto knows, he's involved with troublesome students, underground fights, secret gangs, company power struggles, and worst of all...romance!
What is the secret behind his school, his past, and his parents? And why does Naruto feel like he's left out of some big inside joke?
