As Viktor and Jayce strive to improve the world through their Hextech, Professor Heimerdinger has grown increasingly worried. With Piltover's best interest at heart, Professor Heimerdinger calls on a favor from an old friend, one who knew of magic at some time, in hopes that she can help sway Jayce and Viktor from hurrying down this path so rushed and eager as he attempts to save Piltover from repeating history. Seika Etesia, having been around magic from the age of 8, has grown her skills tremendously since the last time she'd seen her dearest yordle friend, and after some convincing from her mentor and the only one she could truly call a parent, she journeys to Piltover, eager to help save the city from moving towards its own demise. With aggressive forces coming from the underbelly of Zaun, a conspiracy seeking its tendrils into every part of Piltover, and the clashing of both the mind and heart, Seika must fight through it all if she's to help save Piltover, Zaun, and all of its inhabitants.
