The london street was long known for the crime that commited there, now there was a new hot topic from the underworld, "the phantom ink" a recently popular criminal was a hit news because of how smooth and unique  their technique to steal, and how the police cannot catch him despite all of their efforts. But there was one particular junior detective that has been obsessed catching the criminal, "me, William Eckhart will catch you phantom ink !!!" he Shout's at the crime scene, Splattered with ink all over "pftt haha" the phantom thieve was amused by this "well seems like I'll sertainly will enjoy our rivalry willy" They then get out from the crime scene.
