When Peter Parker, Gwen Stacy, and Harry Osborn, three best friends, go on a school field trip to Oscorp, both Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy are bitten by radioactive spiders and awaken the next morning with incredible powers. However, after witnessing Uncle Ben's death, Peter and Gwen decide to use their newly discovered Powers to rid the city of evil! However, after Peter and Gwen accidently witness a murder outside of Fisk Tower, Crime boss Wilson Fisk is now attempting to kill them at any cost, So Will The Spectacular Spider-Man and Ghost Spider be able to make it out alive or Will Wilson Fisk Be victorious?
