Claude's best friend Gracey doesn't like Percy, the nonchalant, dark-haired, bad boy. In fact, she despises him. One day the two best friends make a plan to text him from a fake phone number. Make him fall in love, and then break his heart. Claude starts texting him daily, posing as a secret admirer. What happens when she's wasted at the same party he's at and texts him; and what happens when he starts paying more attention to her at school the day after? -My authors note is in my bio-

Complete! "You know I really like you, right?" He was definitely drunk. "You do?" I asked. My voice was supposed to be teasing, but I think it came off as a bit startled. He laughed, "Yeah, why else would I trust you with all my secrets?" -- Betty was many things; a romantic, a fashion designer, a bit more jealous than the average girl, great with a camera, a helpful daughter and a good friend. But she was best known for being nice. And usually, the boy did not want the 'nice' girl. But this summer she was going to prove to Mike, her crush since FOREVER, that nice was enough. She was going to have an amazing summer, a perfect Junior year, and finally have her first kiss. It was a foolproof plan. Moving from her childhood home in Arizona to New Mexico at the start of Junior year was never a part of Betty's plan. But sometimes when parents are involved, plans change. So now the nice girl had to start over at a new school in a new State. And when the (maybe not so bad) bad boy, Eli, gets involved, it might be hard to be known as 'the nice girl'.
