This is set in 2022. Covid never existed. 

Everyone was up celebrating at midnight, the fact that it was about to be a new year, a new start for the world. At exactly 00:00 there was a lightning strike that was so big and bright that it was seen AND heard from Australia, Asia, and Afric; struck in the  Indian ocean. A fog that was in a circular formation and several tens of kilometres thick all the way around formed just minutes after the strike happened.

(In this story the first ever dragon to exist is still alive since the gods made her immortal and is also basically a messenger for the gods of the draconian world)

- ORIGINAL VERSION - Hiccup Haddock was a child born on the village of Berk, then to be taken by a NightFury in a dragon raid without a trace. But while Stoick and Valka are trying to live while mourning for their lost son, Hiccup is living freely on a Santuarial island created by an Alpha dragon with his best friend, a dragon, the one who stole him, Toothless. Toothless has always told Hiccup that vikings are cruel, horrible people that kill dragons for the fun of it, and that he should stay as far away from them. But when Hiccup gets caught on a hostile, viking-dwelling island, he doesn't know what to do. The Chief's wife thinks it's unfair to torture a child like this, but when Stoick lays eyes on this boy, he has other plans. Will he and his dragon escape in time? Or will his parents soon find their lost son to be returned from the dead? [Original Version only means that there is a new edition, or rather; a Rewritten Copy, which is also in my works.]

Hiccup was planning to run away but now that Astrid knows his secret, he doesn't know what to do. Then Astrid comes up with a crazy idea that might just save them. They leave for good. Or that's what they thought. 7 years later, Hiccup and Toothless along with Astrid and Stormfly crash land on berk and chaos ensues and probably the greatest threat they would ever have to face. This is my own AU where in this story Excist a Prodogy child every few years after the previous one dies in this case the Prodogy can mimic any Fighting style once he or she sees it and practices it where a Fighter has spent years mastering the style the prodogy can do it within days but what happens if this prodgy gets mistreated by his Village Hiccup Hurrendes Haddock the III was the oldest of Stoicks children with a kind heart like his mother but was skinnier than an average kid day by day Stoick spent days Trying to make Hiccup into a powerful Viking but at the end couldnt and though of Hiccup as the Prodogy child so he decided to have 2 more with Valka and at the end twins were born one was named Solfrid and the other Hakon one boy and one girl as the years passed they both have surpassed Hiccup in strength in speed causing Stoick to pay more attention to the both of them and Sadly Valka did as well with a broken hearted Hiccup he decided he was gonna get his parents love one way or another so he spent his time in the Forge creating Dragon killing weapons but with each invention they have always failed either burning the food storage or harming one of his own, so the Village was fed up and decided to teach young Hiccup a lesson they started hunting him down and everything they did they would leave him with an inch of his life and leave him in the woods his parents knew about this but never intervened to give a helping hand so they forgot about him during the days but Hiccup didnt give up and kept trying and trying but what happens when he managed to befriend someone his age and it was the only person who actually liked being friends with him till she revialed her secret about hiding a hatchling dragon but not just any Dragon a Nightfury dragon but on a Dragon raid she sadly lost her life leaving Hiccup devastated and seeing his brother was the cause of it was enough to send him over the edge if you want to know the rest read to find out

That all changed when he became the top of dragon training, and finally gets the chance everyone thought he only dreamed of. To kill a dragon in front of the entire village. Stoick was proud of his son, he had almost lost hope in him. Now, he proved everyone wrong, or so they thought. Hiccup wanted nothing more than to have this chance his entire life! However, that was before he met and bonded with Toothless, a night fury he had shot down weeks ago. Now, he wanted to escape, but not without attempting to convince the vikings that dragons weren't the real threat. He thought his monstrous nightmare match would be the perfect setting for such a feat. When things go sideways, when Toothless saves Hiccup, he has a choice, stay and try one last shot of convincing Berk, or flee with his best friend. He chooses the best option, he flees. Now, he is branded as a trator, a renegade. Stoick practically disowns him and he is never heard from again. five years later, Berk hears mighty tales of a grand hero who rides a night fury. Many call him 'Night Rider', 'Dragon Tamer', and 'Mysterious Rider'. Many doubted that this hero could be their traitorous ex heir to the Berkian leadership. After all, he was described as having a prosthetic leg, very tall, confident, and extremely buffed, while Hiccup was the opposite of all these descriptions. But... why then, has this new hero never visited Berk? And what will happen when he finally dose? Feel free to comment! I will also edit things I want everything to be amazing. But despite their lives being close to perfect, neither of them could shake the feeling of missing each other. So Astrid came up with an idea. Hiccup and Toothless could catch up while they go away for a couple of days. Both Berk and the Hidden World would be looked after well by their leaders wives. Hiccup and Toothless thought it was a great idea, so they accepted. And there was no doubt they were excited. But what would happen if they were caught in a terrible storm and crashlanded onto an island? With Toothless' self-working prosthetic tail broken, they needed supplies to fix it. But what if the island's protecters, the Rescue Riders, thought they were a threat and didn't know that they were about to fire blast the famous Dragon Master and powerful Alpha? ------------------------------------------------------------ I don't own anything except the plot of this FanFiction.
