After Charlie went through trauma in his early childhood, his mindset stayed on the verge of a 4-year-old boy and a 17-year-old teenager. Even though his family accepted him with love and understanding, he could never avoid people who couldn't acknowledge his true self.

His petite looks, unusual style, and cheerful personality always sought attention and with that upcoming problems. One of them becomes a group of older boys, whose leader, Steven, is known by everyone as a cruel bully. Another problem is Steven's best friend Ryan, who is a part of Steven's gang. Charlie knows he should avoid both of them, but the reality is very far from that. Ryan is quickly becoming his friend, and he had fallen for Steven, who doesn't spare him nor a single glance, a long time ago.

But how long does it take until the inhumane behavior of others breaks his smile? What does his new friendship with Ryan offer? And could there possibly be a chance for Steven and him?
