This is the story of orphaned girl Ryuuki Aizawa, rescued and adopted by Pro Hero Eraser Head: Shota Aizawa and raised by UA High's staff. Follow Ryuuki's journey to becoming the White Dragon Hero: Kuraokami (named after the legendary Japanese dragon and Shinto Deity of rain and snow)
I got the quirk idea from HardlyAGoodWriter's A Water Wolf, alshjuky's Mirror, and DNVaughn4's Absolute Zero. Give their books a read, I highly recommend them.
