This is a short story I created for my English III class, but intend on extending to a full-fledged story. 
     "A group of teenagers finds themselves in a predicament after a satanic ritual goes a little TOO well. Soon after realizing that their leader no longer wants anything to do with them, the group goes off on their own to try and find a meaning to their lives and investigate an unsolved mystery in their hometown.
