A young woman drank one too many glasses of wine at a party and promtly made a bet, which resulted in her finding herself in the middle of the forest, playing a role in a passion-project movie about elves and stuff. She then apparently got drugged until she started to hallucinate about silver does and have delusions of her fake ears turning feeling pain. She somehow found her way to an isolated far removed place where she got surrounded by a bunch of strange people, wearing weird clothes, unified by a single accessory - the long pointed ears. Apparently with a leader whom they call 'the King'.
There was only one conclusion left to make. She got abducted by a cult.
