Error is the Destructor of Worlds, feared by most and respected by naught but one. He had been immortal enemies with the Creator of Worlds, Ink, since the beginning of the multiverse. He had long since accepted his job as a destroyer and understood his vital purpose in the system of the multiverse, but when he visits a mysteriously abandoned AU for the second time, something about it makes him feel....off.
When a sudden implosion of an AU wrecks havoc and almost destroys the entire Multiverse, he is forced to find out the cause of this chaos...and how it all seems to tie back to the very same AU that was filled with ash and misery.
He never fully understood why he himself had been made to be the Destructor of Worlds, but the secrets inside the world "Ashentale" may help him discover that there might have been a Multiverse before his Multiverse existed.

For some reason, Ink, the Creator and Protector of the Sans AUs, has decided that some of the Sanses of the Multiverse should go to highschool again. Honestly, no one really liked the idea, especially the Bad Sanses, including Ink's enemy, Error. Prince Nightmare is one of the AUs that must repeat these years of treachery. He basically only finished his actual highschool, and is NOT looking forward to having to do it again. Luckily his brother, Prince Dream, will be coming along the journey beside him. But Nightmare and Dream Are polar opposites, so Nightmare can't really get along with his brother's friends, nor Dream get along with Nightmare's, if he had any. With rules to follow and secrets to keep, Nightmare must go through highschool and not let slip the terrible things that happen at home. But then suddenly the two princes disappear. There's no trace as to who might've taken them, either. The only one that doesn't seem concerned is their own father, the king. King Sun-Beam. What is he hiding underneath all of those jewels and fake smiles? A/N: There is lemon/smut. So all you innocent people out there-- don't worry! He's asleep during it. On a conscious level, he's never left the Anti-Void. As a result, he's clueless. Side note: all characters and art belong to their respectful owners. Summary: He didn't know who this being was or how they found him but they were scaring him to the point he was going to cry. The last think he remembered was being in the Anti-Void and then waking up here with this living being. He just wants to go back to his Anti-Void.

So when Ink and the other AU Sanses finally push him over the edge (literally), they can finally have their peace... right? Error then finds himself possibly stuck with different versions of his old friends and enemies in a totally different Multiverse. When the time comes and with new allies by his side, will he let his old world rot, or will he be it's saving grace? But nothing is as it seems. (Picture and characters do not belong to me, they belong to their respectful owners.) Error is the destroyer, Ink is the creator. Both Gods in their own right. They are the balance in their part of the Multiverse, making sure that neither goes to far and makes their Multiverse fall apart at the seams. If Error was able to destroy all the AU's, then there would be nothing left. The universe that they live in would just cease to exist with nothing to fill it up. That is why Ink is needed, to make sure that there is something to fill in those blank spaces, to make sure that there is life. If Ink was able to continue to create with no one to stop him or oppose him, then the AU's would collide and destroy one another. The universe would crumble and decay as they touch, as there is no more room to grow in. That is why Error is needed, to make sure that the AU's don't collide and kill one another, to make sure that there is room to grow in. Error knew this well, even with his spotty and vague memories. Ink did not. Error was broken and tired. He had nothing to live for in the end. He had no friends, no love to call his own, no family. No one wanted him around. He called for help, for anyone to save him from his own madness. But no one came. They left him in the Anti-Void, for the screams to over take him. So Error let go. He fell into the void to be scattered across time and space. No one would miss him. But he did not scatter, he traveled through time and space. Error landed in a new Multiverse. One where there was no Error. All AU's lived in balance in this universe. There was no creator who could not control himself and just create more and more. There was no destroyer who had to destroy. By the time Error's universe knew what they did wrong and the truth of the matter, their universe was falling apart and they had to get back Error to do his job. But they hit a big roadblock when they finally found Error. This universe would not let Error go without a fight.
