Drained

Brandy grew up in a broken home, her mother filling her fathers absence with alcohol. When her mother passes, sixteen-year old Brandy is sent to a foster home reminiscent of her own. As painful memories crowd up, she flees with her new found partner in crime. They stumble down a dangerous, all-too-familiar path, tripping every step along the way. All Brandy wants is to outrun the past but as she attempts to forget her mother, Brandy realizes she can never outrun who she is destined to become.
