Two 10-year-old runaways Ashanti and Aduku Adeyemi are from Nigeria their parents moved them to the U.S.A for a better life(California). But things only got worse. Their mom is an alcoholic and hates white people, abuses Ashanti and Aduku, to make things worse they feel alone because their father(the only one who cares) doesn't do much and doesn't leave their mom. Finally fed up Ashanti and Aduku leave home and set on a journey.

Her age, color etc. Knowing how the thugs do it, she tries to stay away from them but it seems as though, everywhere she goes Tyler is there. Will they become something new? Or will this just be another Thug Love story?
