in this universe Ian adopted at a young age. he was "raised" by the Levin's, but on his 11th Birthday Kevin Levin was killed by their father after trying to save Ian. Ian left that place and into the forest towards the city they lived near. once he reached a cliff near said city he saw a meteorite crash near him and he obtained a watch that latched on his hand! but before he could even try and get it off his father found him Ian panicked only to accidentally activated the watch!
