In the fictional dystopian city of Vale, which takes inspiration from Hong Kong and Tokyo, Shiro has to lead a life of crime to pay off his medical debt and medicine needed for his mother.
From the grimy slums filled with violent crooks and strung out drug addicts to luxury penthouses with narcissistic actors and control freaks, crime managed to weave itself into the fabric of each separate society. Vale was a city powered by monetized violence.

"huh?" she said and he went away as she looked at him dumbfounded but shrugged her shoulders casually thinking of him as a drunkard. Nineteen-year-old a beautiful girl who lived with her parents happily her little family while studying second year of college to fulfill her dreams but the life has another plans for her.
