The moon is beautiful in her own way. She is silent in her beauty- Cold and distant to most, but if one truly paid attention they would see that she tries with all her might to light up the world for others, because she alone burns brighter than any common star. She reveals herself in phases, and takes her time to do so. When she is fully herself she can be admired, but the world only allows itself to see her physical beauty. They do not understand she has the power to move oceans, illuminate places that would otherwise be forgotten. So, in pain, she slowly hides herself away again, longing to burn for someone who can truly know her. Oh, how she aches for being the only of her kind… The only other that burns with as much passion as she, the only love she can succumb to is that of the day sun. His love is fleeting though, and in the end, he too is just a star.

In fairy tales the sun and the moon have always been in love with one another, separated by day and night. As the sun shines burning across the bright blue sky, she longs for her moon who glows softly at night, waiting for the chance to catch a glimpse between dawn and twilight. For years all Solana knew was darkness she dreamed of finding her little hope of brightness and when she finally finds it she tries to hold onto it for as long as she can. But the world is cruel, and the Sun and the Moon were never meant to be together. Well that's what the fairy tales say, and Solana hated fairy tales. (Set during pre-war and post-war) Sequel to L U N E Tw: abuse, SA, abortion, drug usage, miscarriage (I will not be putting tw in chapters!)
