I just want to be a normal college student again. To think that a few months ago that was the opposite of what I wanted, but now I rather take all these exams and just be stressed about whether I can pass my classes, not stressing about my own survival now. I don't think solving math equations will give my next meal now.

When I slammed my locker shut and turned to see Toby standing there, watching me, I jumped in fright and dropped my bag. Talk about speaking of the devil. I picked it up quickly before he could and said a rushed "hi" before turning to leave. But Toby pulled me back to him making my flustered countenance change and I was suddenly defensive. I pulled away and made a face. "Do you need something or something?" I questioned him. "Relax," he said. "Are you in a hurry?". He sounded so sweet. And why was he looking down at me so innocently?
