One too Many is a young adult/Fantasy novel. 18 year old Jaxson and his 10 year old sister wake up one day to the biggest shock of their lives. Their parents are missing. They live in an overpopulated world and married couples are only allowed to have one child. If they are caught with more than one child they will be publicly executed in front of the town. Accecpting the fact that their parents are gone and are never coming back, Jaxson is forced to take care of his sister while hiding from the government.
