Hello! This is my first book to ever write . Also I'm American and I might not do so well on how things work in London, I'll do my best tho! This isn't really like the movie, I'm not gonna go through all the stuff he went through with Past, Present, and Future because we all know the story already after watching it like 10x...I mean once... but there will be scenes from the movie, but they will be scattered throughout the story, it's not gonna be in order of time. My fan fic "A Christmas Carol Reimagined" is the tale of a miserly middle aged man--a friend to no one--who is scared into realizing the folly of his ways when he is visited by three ghosts (past, present, and future). He then vows to be compassionate toward his fellow man and through his good deeds, he redeems himself--and he comes to know the meaning of love. My story here is my "mash up" of "A Christmas Carol" (original story by Charles Dickens) with Elizabeth Gaskell's "North & South", JRR Tolkien's (via Sir Peter Jackson's films of) "The Hobbit", and is set in the 1850's.
