Happy gets a card that doesn't fit in a category. 

He's a 103, something so powerful it has to be maintained and he doesn't fit in society.
But this power is somehow drawing villains to him, and he has to get rid of this power to prevent this. No matter how hard he try's to run he can't escape himself.
