In June, the flies buzzed. constantly. though in this noise grew comfort, consistency. the droning sound progressed into more of a lull, soothing her to sleep, making it near impossible to sleep without it. It wasn't always such a droning noise, after she got used to it. Though in its absence, albeit a rare absence, uncertainty and fear of the unknown crept in.
In July, the flies still buzzed, even more so. though she hardly noticed them anymore. they seemed to be part of her now, they were just always there. moments of peace when they stopped felt worse than when they were present, at least the droning was consistent. she knew what to expect with the buzzing, it was always there, no worries of when it's going to begin or falter again.

You try to find a way out and later realize that you can't even remember who you are; your memories purged, your identity unknown. It takes you a good amount of time, pain, and effort, and eventually you manage to gather tiny fragments of who you were along with the trauma of how you retrieved it, but it's okay, maybe it's all worth it as you finally make contact with another person. Turns out she was your best friend. Finally, it looks like all is turning up until you learn of all the inhumane things you've done in your past, things that evade your newfound morals, things that were so detrimental to society that when you hear the reason as to why you've been enduring such agony, you understand why. As I was going on a walk one night, I saw a van coming towards me, slowly I walked turning corner after corner until I got tired and sat down luckily the van that I heard that was following me earlier was gone or so I thought... When I looked up at the take a breather the van from earlier caught my eye, "what it caught up to me already but how?" As I thought this it was stopped. Soon the side door to the van opened and I saw two people a man and a woman who had got out and came to talk to me. "what do they want?" my thought was rude so I stayed put and away from them until they came up to me saying something to me til I saw black, all I heard was a laugh and the words "you are coming with us my Darling" .... then everything was silent.Complete

Sometimes we fear truth over reality. But things get dark and heavy and we play the blame game. We end up hurting others or ourselves even. We don't think before we act or we don't say before we do. Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I'm about to tell you a story about a girl. A normal girl. A girl that had no cares in the world, until her trust for it was stripped away.
