Herb cookie is gardening one day and his cat presents him with a dead bird, he buries it in the ground and a few days later finds a large flower where the bird was buried. After conducting a few experiments, he finds out that once living beings make very good plant food. This also sprouts his curiosity into possibly feeding body parts of another cookie to a plant..

The Cookies of Darkness create their own plan, to kill off every single one of them.
