ادواردو رودریگز وزیر حمل‌و‌نقل روز سه شنبه اعلام کرد که کوبا از ۱۵ نوامبر پروازهای بین‌المللی را از ۶۳ به ۴۰۰ پرواز در هفته افزایش خواهد داد. رودریگز گفت که حداقل ۱۴۷ پرواز از ایالات متحده انجام خواهد شد و توضیح داد که تعداد پروازهای بین‌المللی حتا می‌تواند بیش‌تر باشد زیرا شرکت‌های مسافرتی هم‌چنان به درخواست مجوز برای فعالیت در این کشور ادامه می دهند.
