Every basketball player I saw, nothing was like him as I walked alone the school compound the view I saw had completely changed me and I knew I won't be the same again, the sunset was so gorgeous maybe because he was standing in the direction The smile he had on his face I had never seen someone so bright as I stood a gaze on him I felt like my time had stopped everything including the world I sat at the corner of the court and watched them play I didn't hear my phone ringing and it was from my mom how I had never seen before nor did my dad ever tell me about Will, I be able to imagine a happy future, with him Is the season willing to bring us together Or our destiny was also a stranger crossing by.

Years ago, as strangers we sat on a bench in the park. We agreed on the beauty of the weather and I proudly, but lacking true confidence, told you of my aspirations to be a writer. You smiled whistfully and began to talk, fated to tell me the journey of your life prior to that moment. So many times throughout your reminiscings, in a sad voice you said, "but no one believed me." Through my tears and adminration for all you endured I vowed to give credence to your testimony. You smiled and nodded, your eyes pleading for successs, but also offering absolution because I had listened. Then you walked away. Forgive me for neglecting my role. I feared I wouldn't do you justice but, finally, here it is. I hope that you find it. I pray that it brings you the warmth of truth now that it's been exposed to the light.
