Roseanne Park is a homicide detective investigating the numerous gruesome murders of young women in New York City. Leaving no traces that gives them a lead as to who the killer is, there is however a single recognisable trait that is left behind - a single paper heart. The detective receives a call one day that tells her that a young woman named Jennie Kim could be the next victim of the paper hearts killer. Roseanne swears that she'll protect Jennie no matter what, but at what cost? Will Jennie be the answer to finding the killer once and for all? Or will things take an unexpectant turn of events? The race against time is on, as they try to find the killer, before he finds them. Let the games begin.
