—It was a bright and sunny day, when Nyla's life changed forever—
Nyla lives with her grandfather in his little house near the woods. But, when her grandfather goes missing and is presumed dead, she makes a desperate gamble and flees into the forest so she won't have to live with her abusive family. From there, she meets a group of runaways and is dragged into a whirlwind of government conspiracies, genetic mutations, and an adventure of which the likes have never been seen before.
