Olivia Selwyn's rather steady life is irrevocably changed when she begins to wonder 'why she is' and discovers that she has been deceived by those around her for as long as she can remember. Over time, new relationships blossom, deepen and darken, ever tinged by grief, aches, and secrecy.

But coming to terms with her grief, uncovering falsehoods and understanding she's not who she's been taught she is, might be easier with Hermione Granger by her side.
