As a gender-fluid hero-in-training, they are about to face even more hurdles when they have to live with their childhood friend and current bully Katsuki Bakugou in the U.A dorms from the get-go. This is Izuku's journey of self-angst to self-acceptance, all with its own drama to be unfolded.

They have an innate emotion and intelligence quirk that was curbed by their father after a serious mishap as a child. 
They also received One for All two years earlier than from the original storyline. Hence, Izuku can already control 45 percent.
The students join the dorms from the start of the year itself!
Loads of teenage angst probably.
