Jennings Brower looks like your ordinary restaurant owner, but he's not. He goes by another name that the people of the Black Market even fear, Lucifer. For being cold hearted and ruthless, his own gang members don't even think about crossing him.
Jesse who was born without a last name and hopes to find someone to be with and share their last name with him. He owns a small library on the weekdays and in the same place DJ's on the weekends, and his DJ name is The Snikle. The people love him and not just for his music but also for his Roar.
What happens when they meet in the library? Will Jennings' cold heart melt or stay ice cold? Will Jesse finally get a last name?
