Heart of Ice

Yukinon was once a proud and prosperous nation, but with the decease of the monarchs and bordering nations encroaching on its borders, the state of the nation is precipitous. The fate of the nation has been handed over to the new queen, Yuki, a delicate sixteen year old girl; However, Yuki is merely a figurehead, coddled and treated more like a god than a person, and for good reason, for the state of the nation rests on her emotions. Were Yuki to fall in love, her people would melt, but with a treacherous council trying to pawn her off to the nearest cad, the prospect seems unlikely. There are vampires to the north, sorcerers to the south, and kamis(human-like gods) to the east. Can a people of ice survive?
