Shouto Todoroki has never been good at conversing with girls. It's never been an issue during hero work or practice; in those times, he views everyone as a comrade- in those moments, gender is irrelevant. Guilt plagues him and the thought repeatedly troubles him. He wishes to apologize but engaging Momo in conversation is more challenging than he thought and he skips out on properly apologizing.
