Dabi aka Touya Todoroki is a psychotic psychopath that is obsessed with Izuku and has a dangerous blue flame quirk (Dabi is 21 and Izuku is too)
Dabi liked to stalk him and Izuku caught on quickly. It started getting annoying so one day he confronts him. I wonder what happens next...
