Aurore is the second daughter of Lord and Lady Grantham. She was said to be the most intelligent of the Crawley sisters and the most responsible. She is a musician prodigy and above all very generous. she is also a rider emeritus. Because of her status as a nobleman and a woman, she had to give up many of her dreams. She dreamed of becoming a lawyer in order to make this world a little fairer but in 1912 even a noble woman could not hope to access such studies even less work there. She caught herself dreaming of becoming a theatre actress but her father clearly forbade her. But there is one thing she could never give up. If she were to marry one day, it would be for love and only for that. The more years passed, the more Aurore lost hope of finding the man who made her heart beat. The terrible drama of the Titanic will change everything. Mathieu Crawley, the new heir of Downton and Aurore feel a strong bond in them during their first meeting.
