A journey of finding one's place in the world. MaRinaay, a young girl from Kenya, leaves her life as refugee and comes to America. This was the start of finding her self and learning to love what the world has to offer.  

In this journey, our young black queen faces discrimination, harassment, depression, family feud, what she thinks is love while growing up in a culture that values men over women, in the midst of it all, she learns what religion means to her.
