Unquenchable

Seven years ago, Kim escaped town with a beast on her heels. She didn't make it out human.

Her friends' guilt turned her into "that"- something with an unquenchable hunger for blood. Now she walks like a woman, starves like a monster, and counts the years in silence.

But hibernation ends. To survive the coming sleep, Kim must return to the place it all began: the town that killed her.

And nothing is how she left it.
She's being hunted again.
Her children call someone else _mum_.
The man she loved is in love with someone new.
Her father is sick, her brother married, a whole life lived without her.

Kim can't eat. Can't scream. Can't go back.
So the question is: How long can a monster hold it together... in a home that already buried her?
