A girl named Cecilia (code name is Raven in the book) has a happy life until she first turns 13. Five days after her birthday her parents go on a date and leave her with her cousins so that she might catch up with Britney ( that's 1 of her cousins). 3 hours later her aunt gets a phone-call from the hospital saying that Cc's parents were shot. After that she vows to find whoever killed her parents and have revenge on the people who ruined her happy life. She finds Claw, an agency who works against E-vill and trains teens to be spys. Evil is their enemy who steals from priceless artifacts ,to money straight out of people's bank accounts.she decides to join and finds out that E-vill's agents killed her parents. After finding out she does everything in her power to stop E-vill
