Her fingers comb through my hair and occasionally, her nails will scratch against my scalp, making my eyes roll to the back of my head. Fuck that feels good. We haven't spoken in some time, and honestly that's not a bad thing. Sometimes words don't need to be exchanged. The fact that we can sit in silence and be comfortable with one another is louder than meaningless words ever will be. I love this. Just being near her, being in her bubble, enjoying her presence.
