Michael Clifford has always worked alone. He was a major Super at the Corp along with a few others. But Luke Hemmings, that annoying shape-shifter, crashed his mission one too many times. Michael doesn't want help, especially not from him. When he blows up on Luke, quite literally, the Corp gets angry and makes him join a team to learn about "the importance of looking out for your fellow Supers".
And who else is on Team C.A.L.M.? None other than Luke, the annoying rookie who landed him there.
