Alberu sent Choi Han and his gang to retrive it. Who would've thought that the so called treasure was something else. Ron would've never though that this would be how he reunited with his young master. (An au where Cale has a special bloodline power that he inherited from his mother.)

It's peaceful, and even if it weren't, I'd still have to do nothing." Cale understood what his future self was implying. "You get to slack," he said simply. "That I do." The ghost Cale finally murmured breathlessly. "That I do..." After a moment, he spoke up again. "You know, doing nothing-or in our case, slacking off-isn't the same as having nothing to do." ~~~ In which, Cale realizes he might die and tries to stop it. Only to realize he'd rather die, because now he knows why.

Accompanying him are Choi Han - actor supreme -, Eruhaben - a grumpy dragon that got mistaken for many things but a dragon -, Vicross - his sharp knife skills still scare people -, Ron - scary butler extraordinary but at least can act -, and the kids. They encountered various people in search of the displaced dark elves that traveled these lands first. A weird mercenary group? Check. Another secret organization? Check. (Slacker life? ...yeah, no.)
