I said yes. Or rather, Mother said so on my behalf although I did not have much of a choice now, did I? Come to think of it, the proposal was not awful, per say. Nor was the person I was to get engaged to. Perhaps, I should be grateful. Better him than someone I do not know. But, here comes another question, do I know him?

Regulus Black is simply a mystery. No one knows him. I reckon he does not know who he is himself. Well, who he is does not matter now. We have both been bonded due to familial commitments. The sooner we get along, the better.
