Izuku Takami: The Lost Wing

Izuku Takami is the pro hero, Hawks, younger brother. Seperate when they were kids. Izuku lives on the streets, where he tries his best to survive. With a quirk similar to his brother. Izuku has black hair and black wings. Izuku can do everything Hawks can do with his wings, only difference is that Izuku can light his on fire, black fire.

Found by Eraserhead, arrangements are made and Izuku lives at UA. When he turns fifteen he gets recommended by Hawks. Only problem is Izuku hates heroes and has no desire to become one.
