Dangerous (Wild Card X Oc)

Arabella otherwise known as The Enchantress has elemental powers plus telekinesis, electrokinesis, Atmokinesis (Weather manipulation), Biokinesis (Healing), Chlorokinesis (Plant control), the ability to make weapons, She's a joker and a magician, and finally invisibility which made her the most powerful out of everybody else. She was considered dangerous to many people and this resulted in her being locked away to protect lives. Will she finally be allowed to leave her cell to protect the earth from an alien threat? Or will she be kept locked away from the world despite her loved ones protest?
