Chloe Bennet, your typical, girly-YouTube-beauty-guru-makeup-loving 8th grade girl. She's a southern girl, North Carolina born and raised.

Hayes Grier, the jaw-dropping-hottie-Viner-football-player-who-catches-them-girls. He's never been afraid to show off, and most times can get girls to fall under his trap with a single word.

Chloe has been a city girl, Charlotte being her hometown.

That is, until her mom tells her they're moving to Stanley, and she's forced to leave her popularity status behind, her friends and all memories of her childhood. Of her control over the school, all her victims.

First day in Stanley, and she's forced to go to a neighborhood pool party, exclusively for the teens of the neighborhood.

No one knows of her, and Chloe uses this to her advantage. She can get away with her evil schemes, enjoy not being called "YouTube Wannabe" or "Beauty Bully".
