(Heres a bit of family history on Owen...Owen is Jeans biological son but isn't Arthur's (and I'm changing things up so that Kathy isn't Jeans biological daugher) (also his surname Kleinfeld is taken from his father who I made up). Owen had an older sister but she was brutally murdered. A few months later his father kills himself. A few months after that Arthur and Jean meet. Tada~~~~ also, the sister part is very important)
Owen, a powerful Psychic, and eldest 'son' of Arthur (two months older than Kathy), tags along with his family when some suspicious lawyer dude comes by and informs them that their uncle (technically Arthur's uncle) has giving his house to them after his passing.
For plot relevance, he can only see one certain ghost all on his own and can only see the other ghosts when touching or near Dennis cause he's a Psychic.

The place could fit a small family and had a large garden, it was isolated and quiet, a perfect place to get away with murder and that's exactly what happened. The Avery family was killed. A mother and her son. They were both too young to die, the mother only being 34 and the son only being 16. No one understood why anyone would want to kill the little family, who's been through hell and back after the father walked out on them. He took all the money forcing them to move into the tiny home. Even then, they were still positive about things until... The terrifying day took place. No one has ever moved into the house since then, considering all the rumors going around about the son haunting the cottage. His first sighting being a few months after the murder and since then there's been many reports of his shadowy figure in the windows. Teenagers often explored the place but as soon as they were out of the house, they never went back inside. - Zach Herron, aged 17, now ready to move into a house of his own. After being under his parents watchful eye for years, he's ready to finally walk on his own two feet. He could've moved out at 16, legal age in England, but decided against it but now he was prepared. The cottage seemed like a fitting place for him to stay, he's seen the reviews about it being 'haunted' but paid no mind to it. [This story was written and finished a long time ago, meaning it's completely awful and I highly regret writing it now. Being villains allows their love life to be very flexible. So when they meet an oblivious, green haired, goof ball, it was only natural for them to just accept it. The only problem? Ghost aren't real. And chics this cute don't tell you they are. It's the reassurance I told myself, which mostly didn't work cause it was a straight up lie. This book doesn't have effervescent, long haired fairy's or stoic vampires that smolder and fight. More like a judgmental grumpy teen weed dealer named Zach, who shamefully talks about himself in third person like this. And you won't find some grand quest up a mountain or into an unknown land rich with magic because I have asthma and no time for that shit. And lastly, there will be absolutely no hideous romance where instantly the girl of my dreams sweeps me off my feet. I get on her nerves far to much for that. Finding out I'm part of ancient group of mediums tasked with cataloging, fighting and cleansing ghost you would think has some upsides. But so far all that comes with it is cold chilled air that gives me the sniffles when they're around. I'd like to say by the end of this book I'll have conquered the monster and won over the girl, but as you read you'll learn that's far to much faith in a screwup like me. This book won't be for everyone, hell people die in it. But the good news is that if I die at least I'll be around, floating off of the pages to haunt you in your home. The true leader manipulated Cameron, so now he basically has an army of ghosts willing, to destroy Earth and the whole of Afterlife so he can reshape it to his liking. As usual those who can see the dead seem to get sucked into the havoc, Lois and her friends are about to embark on a journey to save Earth, the Afterlife and possibly free Cameron...who knows you'll have to read it to find out.
