(Heres a bit of family history on Owen...Owen is Jeans biological son but isn't Arthur's (and I'm changing things up so that Kathy isn't Jeans biological daugher) (also his surname Kleinfeld is taken from his father who I made up). Owen had an older sister but she was brutally murdered. A few months later his father kills himself. A few months after that Arthur and Jean meet. Tada~~~~ also, the sister part is very important)
Owen, a powerful Psychic, and eldest 'son' of Arthur (two months older than Kathy), tags along with his family when some suspicious lawyer dude comes by and informs them that their uncle (technically Arthur's uncle) has giving his house to them after his passing.
For plot relevance, he can only see one certain ghost all on his own and can only see the other ghosts when touching or near Dennis cause he's a Psychic.

Jake never kept his room spic and span. Something is wrong. The coffin is left closed and Cheryl thought she saw Jake walk past his brother who was crying and laughing at the same time. Ross, Barney, Max, and Jin all went to an amusement park with their friends also known as team crafted when they were all young kids. Years and years go by and the amusement park gets closed because it was under new management. But since team crafted was really popular at the time the new park owner made a team crafted park/ restaurant, with the teams approval. And so team crafted's amusement park was born. But one night when the team went for a meeting at the amusement park they never came back. Everyone assumed the worst, and was soon later revealed that it was true. And when their body's were found animatronics became introduced to the park. When Ross, Barney, Max, and Jin get a job at team crafted amusement park they will find secrets hidden within and mysteries still to come. (They were all around 14-15 years old when team crafted members went missing. Also can we pretend that team crafted was made when they all came friends, so in this book team crafted started when they were at least 10 so ya! But in this book they were 14-15 when team crafted went missing and are 17-18 years old when they get the job.) Also this in in Minecraft!
