He's tired of being expected to be on his "best behavior" and have the best manners in the room. He wants to live like a normal kid. Like a kid in the city. Tubbo and Tommy are found in a box on the side of the street, Techno finds them and takes them both to his home where he, his brother, Wilbur, and his father, Philza, live.
