Or, it would've been one. Between getting rich, control over a mall, and bagging a wealthy hostage, a small bump in the road averted him from achieving any of those things. Will he be able to focus at the task at hand? Or choose a normal life? Even if he did, would he be allowed to?

She smiled as her cracked lips left her final breathe and her eyes lost its gleam. "Aaahhhhh!" The sound of painful scream echoed the room as he pressed his sword into his skin. He was ordered to kill the president of the country and bombard his residence. That was his last mission. But instead of leaving the house alive he stayed behind watching his piece of work decorate the walls of the building. He smiled. "It seems this is the only way to attain my own freedom." The sound of exploding bombs thundered into the ears of his comrades. They had realised what the man had done. However death brought him a new life. He was gifted the chance to live in freedom, to redeem himself and live the life he had wished for. But inside the world of a book. Life was all happy and beautiful. Until one unfortunate day he was entangled with the worst situation as he had to present himself before the antagonist of the book. Standing before him he caught his eye and was recruited as one of his personal guard. Moreover the protagonist of the story was very much to his distaste.
