This is for my own personal benefit, its my way of offloading, but its also my way to help others, I will be uploading a chapter a week for my own benefit, but I will write it like a story, my story. However the names etc will be changed for privacy purposes. and then every other chapter will be a question and answer, in the previous chapter you comment any questions you would like me to answer and I will pick one to reply to in the next chapter. please note that this not a plead for any sympathy, or stating that im the only person with problems, I am only writing this as a way to organise my thoughts.
