"Does living in a mirage, a beautiful illusion mean anything? You can live in this paradise being told or telling yourself that this is true happiness but if it's not real does that mean your happiness is false? For some, this concept is diluted so much that it doesn't matter to them. They're so desperate for a safe space in this world that they'll crawl to the top for a little bit of fresh air even if it means pushing others down in the process. Even if this air will eventually destroy them they rather breathe in just a bit before they die because all humans are hungry for this sense of illusion. This sense of 'happiness'".

Seventeen lives in a world where there are no names. 

As a for rent assassin, she threw away everything that made her remotely human. However, things take a turn once she is hired by an upcoming mob boss. And what would seem like a usual job turns into something gaping enough to even question what it means to be a part of humanity in the first place.

(As written in the title this is simply a prototype or first draft of this story. To the one or two people who read this lol I do have plans on finishing the book however when that will be I have no idea.
